The over-the-top, over budget, out of reach homes of reality TV, entertainment and advertising create a sense of home buying insecurity for most home buyers. We fought against this anxiety with a campaign that always pointed out just how unreal real estate has gotten and celebrated homes, for the real of us.
PUBLIC REALITY ANNOUNCEMENT - HOUSE HUNTING
We also created "Public Reality Announcements" to give this unreal world a much-needed reality check. We used targeted media buys on HGTV, Bravo, VH1, MTV and The Food Network (as well as on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.) And ran these spots while viewers at home were enjoying the actual shows they warn against.
